Most families come to us in the middle of something hard: a fall, a hospital stay, a parent who isn’t safe at home anymore. Here’s how we help, from the first call to move-in.
Our process, step by step

Tell us what’s going on
It starts with a short phone call. No forms to fill out first and no sales pitch. We’ll ask about things like:
- Daily needs: bathing, dressing, medications, memory, getting around
- Budget, and how care will be paid for
- Where the family wants them to be: near you, near church, near friends
- Your timeline, and how urgent things are
If you don’t know all the answers yet, that’s okay. That’s what we’re here for.

We find 3–5 places that truly fit
We narrow things down to a short list that matches your loved one’s needs, your budget, and your preferred location. We tell you what we know about each one, the good and the not-so-good, so you aren’t relying on a sales tour.

We tour with you and help through move-in
We set up tours and go with you, so you have a second set of eyes and someone who knows what questions to ask. Once you choose, we help with the next steps all the way through move-in.
How we get paid
Senior living communities pay us a referral fee when a family we’ve helped moves in. That’s how we’re paid. Families never pay us anything.
Not for the phone call, not for the tours, not for our time.
We’d rather you hear that from us up front than wonder about it. If you ever have a question about how this works, just ask. You’ll get a straight answer.
Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Our service is always free to families. Senior living communities pay us a referral fee when a family moves in, so there’s nothing for you to pay. No catch.
How fast can you help?
Often within days. We know families are usually in a hurry, whether it’s a hospital discharge, a recent fall, or a sudden change at home. Tell us your timeline and we’ll move as quickly as you need.
Do you only recommend places that pay you?
No. We recommend what fits your loved one: their care needs, your budget, and where your family wants them to be. We’ll tell you the truth about the places we’ve seen, including when one isn’t a good fit.
What areas do you serve?
